1. THE INFORMATION NEW ZEALAND FAMILY HEALTHCARE COLLECTS
Information You Provide: You may provide to New Zealand Family Healthcare what is generally called “Personally Identifiable” information (such as your name, address, email address, credit card number and telephone number) if you use certain services or products from the Services, such as when ordering products or during product registration, enter contests or sweepstakes or otherwise use the features and functionality of the Services.
